Martial Arts Training

All our training is being conducted on RIF’s (Real Imitation Firearms) RIF's shoot 6mm plastic projectails ( pellets) up to 375fps ( feet per second ) and are perfectly legal equipment used as a training tool in law enforcement units around the world as well as by Airsoft enthusiasts. We use state of the art electronic targets to practise reactions,hand eye coordination,precision and focus.
Military-Style Workouts
